Customers in Our LAX DC are currently unable to Access Hornbill Services. This is due to a local DC network issue.
We are working with our Providers to resolve the issue and have also begun DR activities.
11:30 - We have restored partial access. All API Requests will now be processed (So live.hornbill.com/instancename etc will function) and customers will be able to access their Instance. EMAIL however will not function. We are still working to resolve this
