LAX - DC - Unavailable Friday 23rd December 2022 10:11:00

Customers in Our LAX DC are currently unable to Access Hornbill Services. This is due to a local DC network issue.

We are working with our Providers to resolve the issue and have also begun DR activities.

11:30 - We have restored partial access. All API Requests will now be processed (So etc will function) and customers will be able to access their Instance. EMAIL however will not function. We are still working to resolve this

13:10 - All fully Restored.
