We are experiencing errors at our LDN Datacenter, impacting a significant number of customers. The root cause appears to be network issues in and around the London area. We are currently investigating.
Service availability for all affected instances has now been restored. Our investigation indicates an issue outside of Hornbill's control, affecting a large number of other internet services in the London area. We are resolving the incident.
This issue is still ongoing and appears to be a routing problem in London, which is unfortunately outside of our and the Data Centre's control. In the last 3 minutes, the service has returned; however, we are monitoring the situation.
