Some Hornbill instances are affected by service degradation which renders the service intermittently inaccessible

The issue has been fixed and service restored in all affected instances

Some Hornbill instances are affected by service degradation which affects several key functionalities. We are working to have the service restored to full capacity as soon as possible

The fix was deployed in all affected instances and service is now fully operational

We have identified the issue and we are currently deploying a fix on each affected instance.
