LON - DC - SQL Server Unavailable Saturday 5th March 2022 17:09:00

Since around 1700 we have suffered an issue with a number of SQL servers in our LON DC. Our analysts are investigating and will post updates shortly.

  1. The Disks holding the live SQL servers have failed. We are restroing from the live replication. (This should result it no data loss) Next update at 1800

1800 - We have started the restore process. This is going well. We expect no longer than 1 hour - Next update at 1830

1820 - We have been able to restore the original servers. The issue was an encryption problem with the underlying volumne. All Services have been restored.
