At present Hornbill is down and the Cloud team is investigating the cause with utmost urgency, further updates will follow
After further monitoring we can see that Hornbill is now performing optimally once more and we are working to put measures in place to prevent this from happening again.
An update has been applied which has resolved this problem for users. We'll keep a close eye on things and further investigate the root cause.
