As part of some ongoing infrastructure changes, we enabled a new proxy server which unfortunately had a configuration error that limited the maximum open connections through the proxy to 4096 connections, this became apparent as the morning load ramped up. We have now identified the problem and rectified the setting. We apologize for any disruption caused.
