We are currently witnessing a performance issue at live.hornbill.com. This is due to a change in MS IE browsers that are causing a sharp increase in submitted API requests, as more customers upgrade to the latest IE the more calls are made.
We have a fix in place which should be deployed in the next hour and we are actively working to identify effected customers and take action where required.
We will continue to provide updates as quickly as possible,.

We are working on ensuring that all other instances of code which could be impacted are addressed.
