Network routing issue Monday 21st January 2019 16:15:00


We are currently investigating an issue with one of our upstream providers and our engineers are working to re-route traffic and minimize the affect on network performance.

The issue has been corrected and the fibre line has now been repaired. All routing has been returned to normal.

As it stands the issues is related to a fibre line break, which has led to the network team re-routing the traffic to ensure our clients remain online. Unfortunately as this relates to our upstream provider, we are waiting for them to resolve the issues and don't have a specific ETA at present.

The current packet loss is low so the performance impact should be minimal.
