San Antonio - Outage Wednesday 18th April 2018 19:30:00
Our monitoring has identified complete loss of connectivity to the San Antonio data centre.
We are currently investigating and will update with more details.
The Data center is now responding as expected and all seems to be working correctly. They have updated with the follwoing "All connectivity has been restored and our vendor has confirmed completion of all fiber repairs. We apologize for inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this incident. We will continue to monitor these links and work with our vendor on the underlying issue for this complete outage."
We have been updated by our data center with the following "Our Engineering teams and 3rd party connectivity partner have identified the location of the fiber cut and technicians are onsite evaluating the damage in order to determine the next steps for repair. Our Vendor has provided an initial ETR of approximately 4 hours. "

"Our Engineering teams are working with our 3rd party connectivity partner and are exploring a potential fiber cut. We have escalated to the highest level and technicians have been dispatched to determine the location of the issue. "
