Virgin ISP Customers - Routing Issue Tuesday 4th September 2018 15:02:00

Last 10 minutes we have noticed sub optimal performance for some Virgin ISP customers. Unfortunately, this is a routing issue within the Virign network and not a Hornbill issue. We have escalated this to Virgin media.

Update - Since 15:35 virgin have routed round the bottleneck and performance for their customers has improved. We may continue to see the odd distruption but consider this to be resolve.
